Meat Temperatures
Blue Rare - a sear on the outside to get a nice crisp flavor. Inside remains raw.
Rare - Center cooked slightly to a deep red. Very juicy.
Medium Rare - Warm red center. Outer edges of center fade to a dark pink.
Medium Steak - No red in center. Center is pink and warm. Light pink around edges of center.
Medium Well - Center has little pink with no pink on edges of center.
Well Done - No pink or red in center.
