*** Party seating times are at 10:30am or 2:00pm or 6:30pm (After Hours) - Based on Availability ***
***After Hours Parties have a $150 after hours fee - fee is waived for parties over 55 people
Minimum 25 people (Total accommodation two rooms - 75 people) ***

*** Tea Party Package Prices do not include Tax (6.35%) and Gratuity (18%)***
*** Deposit of $150 is required at time of booking (non-refundable deposit) to hold the date and time,
remaining balance due day of the party ***

Package 1
Afternoon Tea - 2 cup pot of tea, a scone w/ butter and jam, a choice of a tea sandwich and choice of a dessert

Package 2
Tea Party (Light Lunch) - 2 cup pot of tea, a choice of a tea sandwich and 2 cookies
$23 per person
$3 additional charge to substitute the cookies for a larger dessert

Package 3
Buffet Only - Max 35 People
Breakfast Tea -  2 cup pot of tea, coffee or juice,
Crumpets, Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese & Chives , Pancakes, & Fruit Salad also
Choice of Banana Bread or Scone French Toast and
Choice of a Bacon, Sausage or Ham

Package 4
All Inclusive Afternoon Tea - 2 cup pot of tea, Fruit salad at each place setting as guests arrive, choice of soup or mixed green salad and a scone w/ butter and jam, a choice of a tea sandwich and choice of a dessert served on a 3 tier tower. Finish your special event off with our Cup Cake Tower (includes 1 Cupcake pp and a small cake that tops the tower)

Package 5
Dinner Tea – (Offered at 6:30pm time slot) $45 per person (please see package 5 handout for food choices)
