*** Party Package Prices do not include Tax (7.35%) and Gratuity (20%)***
*** Deposit of $150 is required at time of booking (non-refundable deposit) to hold the date and time ***
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled within 3 days of initial deposit given - $150 Deposit will be refunded.
Cancelled after 3 days of initial deposit - $150 Deposit is NOT refundable.
At the 10 Days prior to the party date a final count and the REMAINING party balance is due.
If Party is Cancelled anytime with in ten days of party date the remaining party balance is NOT refundable.
There will be no equal product or takeout in kind to equal deposit.
Regardless of reason if cancelled within 10 days all money will NOT be refunded.
Deposits can be moved to another date if the party date needs to be changed. From 10 days prior to party date there is a $100 Fee

*** Party seating times are at 10:30am or 2:00pm or 6:30pm (After Hours) - Based on Availability ***
*** All Parties are for 2 hours and $75 each additional hour - Based on Availability ***
Package 1
Afternoon Tea - 2 cup pot of tea, a scone w/ butter and jam, a choice of a tea sandwich and choice of a dessert
$40 per person
Package 2
Tea Party (Light Lunch) - 2 cup pot of tea, a choice of a tea sandwich and 2 cookies
$33 per person
$3 additional charge to substitute the cookies for a larger dessert
Package 3
All Inclusive Afternoon Tea - 2 cup pot of tea, Fruit salad at each place setting as guests arrive, choice of soup or mixed green salad and a scone w/ butter and jam, a choice of a tea sandwich and choice of a dessert served on a 3 tier tower. Finish your special event off with our Cup Cake Tower (includes 1 Cupcake pp and a small cake that tops the tower)

Oxford Packages

*** All Parties are for 3 hours - Based on Availability ***
Miniumum party size is 35 people for Oxford - we have alotted an extra hour for larger parties

Package 2

Breakfast Party - 2 cup pot of tea, Fruit salad at each place setting as guests arrive, served first course 2 pancakes, and French toast (Choice of Banana Bread or Scone French – Chosen during party consult), Main Course Serving a plate of Scrambled Eggs, Meat Choice (Chosen during Consult) and crumpet.
